A great deal of our time will be in nature with the herd on 100+ acres,
with beautiful vistas, and access to the creek!

We will be working hands on with the horses. No horse experience necessary!
This is an experiential, hands, on, intimate dive into your own being!

Day 1:
9:00-12:00: Opening Ceremony: Intention setting, and consciously creating our container for deep inward engagement. We will explore our personal visions as individuals, as well as a traveling container for three days. This will lead into a transformational breathwork and somatic alchemical journey into our own body, hearts, and visions.
12:00-2:00: Lunch
2:00-5:00 Medicine Horse Teachings: Heart Coherence. Leading with your Heart. We will have a meet and greet with the horses, after our deep journey into our own being-with their guidance and mirror diving deep into the wisdom of our bodies, the earth, our inner knowing, and the unfolding with the horses. The focus of this engagement is heart coherence, and what it means to somatically embody our heart awareness-and how horses are lead in this way. We will be engaging the horses as a group and one on one to explore this very teaching and how it directly reflects and impacts how we meet ourselves, our relationships, and life.
4:00 Early evening culmination for rest and integration. This is a great time for taking a walk on the land, journaling, integrating your first day.
Day 2:
10:00-1:00 Morning Check-In leading into Transformational Breathwork journey. This is a meditative experience where we will consciously connect our breath (gentle, slow breathing, not rapid), and embark on a journey into the somatic wisdom of the body guided by music, and Michelle.
1:00-3:00: Lunch & Integration. This is a great time to reflect, ground, and integrate.
3:00-5:00 Moving into Medicine Horse Teachings: Energetic Sovereignty. Energetic sovereignty is embodied awareness of your own being, and leading with your being rather than being lead and influenced by the world outside of you-needs of others-projections-codependency-etc. Horses are energetically sovereign beings and profound teachers of this alignment.
Day 3:
10:00-12:00: Accessing & Embodying your Oracle: Exploring tools for self-awareness, how to understand your own inner knowing, intuition, gut feelings, somatic wisdom, and how to tap into this felt sense and access it in your daily life.
12-2:00 Lunch
2:00-5:00 Embodied Leadership through the teachings of the horse. How to walk in and live in your medicine. Tying up the Medicine Bundle. Horses mirror of leadership. A horse will not be lead by someone who cannot lead themselves. They are sovereign bodied, embodied leaders of their own being, and they also have a deep respect for the guidance of the herd. Receive the embodiment teachings of the horse. Unfolding into ourselves with guided breath and somatic inquiry practice-the medicine of our journey and folding it all together to bring home. This will be with the horses, bringing in the quality of nature, and earth connection as well as the power of our container. Closing circle will culminate our retreat.
4:30-Leading into Closing circle and sending you home to take up your medicine!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Covid cancellation policy: If you cancel due to covid 7 days within the retreat start date you receive a credit for what you have paid towards a future retreat. In the event I am able to fill your space (this cannot be guaranteed) I will refund what you have paid. Otherwise you can use the credit for what you paid for a future retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 61+ days from the retreat start date: Fully Refundable, free cancellation
- 31-60 days from the retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 30% admin fee. There is no refund for the 30% deposit at this stage. You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without penalty.
- 0-30 days from the retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable.
- Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 30% admin fee.
