The horse lives in the innate intelligence that is guiding each moment, the instinctual body. The Present moment. The depth of breath, or the holding of our breath, a courageous meeting with what is in front of us, and a willingness, to feel it. This is a journey of embodiment, into the soul of the body, the instinctual mystic of your oracular inner knowing, and an invitation to embody fully as you with horse as guide and mirror, and Michelle as translator and space holder. We will be journeying for for a full day with our medicine horse guides, nature, and each other: Transformational Breathwork Medicine Horse Immersion & Teachings Guided Somatic Inquiry Accessible Tools to bring home to keep this alive in your daily life. |

This is a full day intensive into the depth of your instinctual embodiment where we will be exploring the felt sense of our instinctual body through the somatic journey of a transformational breathwork journey leading into witnessing and acessing our somatic intelligence with the horses as mirrors and guides with Michelle as Translator and space holder.
A deep dive into the body's innate oracular intelligence, accessing the truth of YOU.
This is a call of the wild knowing that is beyond the mind, and in and through the body.
We start at 10:00 AM with a somatic breathwork journey leading into our time with the horses, spending the rest of our day in the herd, journeying, exploring, dancing and connecting with the horses with experiential exercises, and diving deep into the soul of our soma.
Lunch is included.

CANCELLATIONS
Covid cancellation policy: If you cancel due to covid 7 days within the retreat start date you receive a credit for what you have paid towards a future retreat. In the event I am able to fill your space (this cannot be guaranteed) I will refund what you have paid. Otherwise you can use the credit for what you paid for a future retreat.
- 61+ days from the retreat start date: Fully Refundable, free cancellation
- 31-60 days from the retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 30% admin fee. There is no refund for the 30% deposit at this stage. You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without penalty.
- 0-30 days from the retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable.
- Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 30% admin fee.
