These immersions are horse + nature + herd (community) based.
Which means, we spend our time, in nature, with the horse (and human) herd engaging the depth of instinctual + somatic awareness, that is available, when we
slow down
enter the world of an instinctual + heart based being

and enter into our knowing
inviting our questions
to be answered
from our own deep belly
with the holding of the horse
and each other.
These spaces are playful, deep, engaging, vulnerable, nature based, with loads of horse time, group and 1:1 engagement, family lunches (if you choose), and the holding of the gorgeous landscapes of Sedona.

We will be immersing with three different horse herds in Sedona & Cornville.
The horse lives in the innate intelligence that is guiding each moment, the instinctual body. The Present moment. The depth of breath, or the holding of our breath, a courageous meeting with what is in front of us, and a willingness, to feel it.
This is a journey of embodiment, into the soul of the body, the instinctual mystic of your inner knowing, and an invitation to inquire deeply with horse as guide and mirror, and Michelle as translator and space holder. Three day intensive including, Sedona land journeys, guided spaces for self reflection and authentic inquiry (digging deep), hands on immersion with the horses, in the holding of a sacred container on a private ranch in Sedona.

This is located in Sedona, Arizona.
Each day will begin circling up with the horse and human herd, engaging somatic movement, mirroring with the horses, guided self exploration exercises, dance, journaling, one on one and group exercises, yummy food, and did I mention, horses? This is a day in nature with the horses and each other in a deep holding for self-revelation & healing.
I have a list of outside practitioners in your evenings you are welcome to book in bodywork, somatic healing, energetic healing, and biodynamic craniosacral.

CANCELLATIONS
Covid cancellation policy: If you cancel due to covid 7 days within the retreat start date you receive a credit for what you have paid towards a future retreat. In the event I am able to fill your space (this cannot be guaranteed) I will refund what you have paid. Otherwise you can use the credit for what you paid for a future retreat.
- 61+ days from the retreat start date: Fully Refundable, free cancellation
- 41-60 days from the retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 30% admin fee. There is no refund for the 30% deposit at this stage. You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without penalty.
- 0-40 days from the retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable.
- Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 30% admin fee.
