A journey into the instinctual, awake, natural intelligence in the body, heart, and being that horses naturally live in. A return to our human intelligence, and a remembering of our human herd. It is in this revelation of our interconnectedness to an intelligent, ever present, web of life, that we allow life to reach us in the deepest center. March 28-30, 2025 Edgewood, New Mexico $1194 |
This is a three-day immersion, each day starting with an optional breakfast, leading into morning practice, and a full day of immersion with the mustangs and our own beautiful beings. Sure to be a sweet dive into the world of the heart and horse.
Located on a 40 acre remote horse sanctuary with earth and equine steward June Stanley.

Meet Your Human Co-Facilitators:
June Stanley, Herd & Ranch Steward:
June is offering the gorgeous space of her ranch, herd, and her large heart for all of us to have our experience. She is the hostess with the heart! From June: I have always had a deep connection with animals and I feel most at home surrounded by nature. I feel this sense of 'wildness' has fostered my love of mustangs. I adopted Chama from a local NM rescue in 2013. He was a wild stallion that had recently been captured in northern NM. Even after being gelded, he still had much of his stallion behaviors. I immediately fell in love! He and I have been on an adventure back into the wild. Along the way we have befriended several more wild mustangs, 1 more from NM and 6 from different BLM HMAs. We all live together on 40 acres in Edgewood, NM, in the mountains just east of Albuquerque. We are deepening our connection and building our relationships with each other. My goal or purpose in life is to help horses and humans heal from trauma. I feel that reconnecting as a human community or herd is essential for our well-being and ultimately our survival. I hold a Masters degree in Engineering Management, a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, and I was working towards a PhD in Explosives Engineering when my heart began pulling me in a new direction. I studied equine behavior extensively while working on my Masters in Equine Science and Behavior (still in the works!). I am also working on my certification in Equisomma. |
