CANCELLATIONS

61+ days from the retreat start date: Fully Refundable, free cancellation
31-60 days from the retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 30% admin fee. There is no refund for the 30% deposit at this stage. You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without penalty.
0-30 days from the retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable.
Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 30% admin fee.

Covid cancellation policy: If you cancel due to covid 7 days within the retreat start date you receive a credit for what you have paid towards a future retreat. In the event I am able to fill your space (this cannot be guaranteed) I will refund what you have paid. Otherwise you can use the credit for what you paid for a future retreat.
