The horse is the natural mystic. What is a mystic? One who lives in the ever unfolding flow of WHAT IS. The Present moment. The depth of breath, or the holding of our breath, a courageous meeting with what is in front of us, and a willingness, to feel it. This is a journey of embodiment, into the soul of the body, the natural mystic of your oracular inner knowing, and an invitation to embody fully as you with horse as guide and mirror, and Michelle as translator and space holder. We will be journeying together into the somatic wisdom of our own knowing into the wisdom of the horse, our breath, embodied somatic intelligence, and the sacred container.
This container is created for depth and self recognition. You will have a lot of horse time, as well as personal time. Housing and meals are not included, this is an experiential immersion-primarily with horses and in nature. You will have private time to reflect and journal upon our inquiry. I ask that you show up with a readiness to journey into and with yourself and the sacred container!

The Mystic lives in harmony with what is. The Horse, is a natural mystic. It embodies the heart of Presence, Freedom, Union, and Truth. The mystic is intimate with life and truth itself. A journey with the medicine of the horse, is a journey with the medicine of the heart. It requires Presence, self honesty, a willingness to investigate the nature of your being.
Horses are sovereign. Governed by instinctual awareness, and an innate alignment with themselves, when in a space of true freedom to be who they are, they are deeply governed and aligned. They invite us into the same awareness.
For two full days we will be journeying deeply with the teachings, tenets, and offerings of horse medicine, as well as experiencing guided inner journeys, transformational breathwork, somatic inquiry & healing, tools for self awareness and self understanding, and into the depth of our bodies and hearts to receive the illumination that is our own being.
This is a journey into the freedom of your heart. The Presence of your Being. The heart coherence available when we show up to the unfolding moment.
I will be holding a small container of only 8 for deep inquiry. We will be spending a good deal of our day with the horses, and most of our days in nature, receiving the teachings of the elements, and our hearts and feet on the earth. This is a deep dive beyond the mind into the Self.
I invite pilgrims who are ready to go deep, into a vulnerable and intimate space of self inquiry where you will be held by the horses, myself, each other, and your own being.

Facilitating Exploring the Subtle Body Through Movement
Jacob Massey has been a lifelong student of the body and Spirit, and how they integrate and express together. At a very young age, Jacob became aware of the subtle energetic language that moves through all living things and its pathways through the human body. This naturally led him to the extensive study of movement and energetic healing modalities around the world—to further clarify, refine and share the wisdom and presence accessible to us through the body that he had discovered through his own lived experience.

CANCELLATIONS
Covid cancellation policy: If you cancel due to covid 7 days within the retreat start date you receive a credit for what you have paid towards a future retreat. In the event I am able to fill your space (this cannot be guaranteed) I will refund what you have paid. Otherwise you can use the credit for what you paid for a future retreat.
- 61+ days from the retreat start date: Fully Refundable, free cancellation
- 31-60 days from the retreat start date: If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a full refund minus 30% admin fee. There is no refund for the 30% deposit at this stage. You can choose to reschedule your retreat to another date that suits you better in the future, without penalty.
- 0-30 days from the retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable.
- Get in touch early if you need to cancel for whatever reason. I will do my best to re-sell your place, in which case, I will be more than happy to give you a refund, minus 30% admin fee.
