I can say in integrity that working with Michelle has transformed my life. I thought I was coming to her for the purpose of learning breathwork, but God had other plans. Michelle has created a safer space than I thought possible to navigate the twisty, foggy, often slippery, sometimes exhilarating road back to me. I came to Michelle at the end of 2021 as I was heading into a year of big life transitions. A marriage, new job, starting a business, planning for a baby, and more! I didn't know how or what I exactly wanted to prepare myself for these changes and milestones, but my work with Michelle was transformative in getting to the root of what I really needed. Michelle is a master of identifying what needs to be released and how to create space. Ultimately, space for love. We worked together to shift limiting beliefs, new perspectives, learn how to honor and acknowledge self, create boundaries, establish healthier relationships, create positive patterns, and rekindle connection with self.
I have had the pleasure to work with her in one-on-one virtual sessions and an in-person workshop. While visiting Sedona, Michelle planned a customized healing experience with her horses, nature walks, and body work sessions with her trusted partner. It was beyond memorable, it was magical.
With Michelle's guidance, she has opened my eyes and my heart to the beauty of life's flow. And when you're in the flow, magical things happen. I can confidently say I feel more grounded and connected to who I am, believe in what I am capable of, and awake to where I need to grow.
