Ways you can learn about and support the herd!
Community Ranch Days (3-Month Membership Required)
Community Ranch Days are a Premium membership opportunity to come spend time with my magical herd,
receive guidance on how to be with horses, and become part of the support system that helps these animals thrive.
Twice a month, you’ll step onto the ranch to connect with the horses, learn through presence and relationship, and contribute to the herd through both effort and financial support—whether that’s helping muck pens, grooming, or supporting with light ranch tasks.
This offering was created to get the community involved in a real way, while also creating a consistent and committed container. Without commitment, I’m continually retraining new people, and the horses (and ranch) truly benefit from familiar, steady humans.
Your membership helps bring ongoing support to the rescue horses currently in my care,
and allows you to build an authentic relationship with the herd over time.
Important note: This is not a Medicine Horse Journey or a private healing session.
That said, being around horses is naturally grounding and supportive for the nervous system—so yes, it may absolutely feel healing to be here.
Community Ranch Days is designed as a structured space for community, support, connection,
and learning the ways of the herd—while contributing to their care.

This is a community container built on consistency, respect, and shared stewardship.
Community Ranch days are two weekend days per month (noted below).
Our first meeting is an introduction and training day! Please try to make it if you can, but If you cannot make that one,
one of our volunteers will assist you when you do attend.

Membership Terms (please read):
Community Ranch Days is a monthly membership with a 3-month minimum commitment.
After your initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month unless canceled.
To cancel, please email/text me at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Once your membership is canceled, you may attend only the remaining Ranch Days within the month you’ve already paid for.
No refunds for unused days.

Medicine Horse Sponsorship Program

The Return of Lyra & Artemis
In 2020, I rescued, rehabilitated, two mares, Lyra and Artemis. (Artemis and I have a longer history but she came back to me in 2020). They found a loving home in late 2022, but on August 31, 2025, they returned to me. Their former human, with great love and honesty, shared that she could no longer provide the specialized care Lyra needed and felt she needed a different kind of facility which I have. Because the two mares are deeply bonded, she asked that I take them both back together. Lyra requires specialty shoes every four weeks, ongoing veterinary care, and a carefully managed diet to continue healing her feet. Artemis, her loyal companion, needs gentle handling, consistent care, and the safety of remaining by Lyra’s side. Their return was unexpected. Along with the joy of welcoming them back into the herd, it also brings significant unplanned expenses and has filled the last two open spaces in my facility — spaces I normally hold for client horses. This is why I’m opening the door to sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship allows our community to step in and support Lyra and Artemis in their healing journey while also creating meaningful connections between people and horses.
Full Sponsorship (per horse)
- Lyra → $302/month
- Artemis → $183/month
What’s included:
- Each horse gets their own sponsor and that's the horse you get to bond with.
- Weekly sponsor visits on Wednesdays, 10–11:30am (shared with two other sponsors and the horse they chose).
- During your visits, you’ll be invited to groom, spend time, and learn with your horse while guided by Michelle. This is a $200 session value — an $800 monthly value included in your sponsorship.
- 20% off all workshops and retreats
- Commitment: 3-month minimum + 30 days’ notice if you decide to change
Please note: This program is not riding-based. These are rescue horses, and your sponsorship helps socialize them and deepen their comfort with humans.

The below donations are monthly donations towards the herd. We are able to help more horses because of YOU and thank you for your contribution to supporting our herd members in need! Upon setting up your sponsorship donation you will receive info on your weekly or monthly days depending on which sponsorship you chose.
