What to Expect:
Each 60-minute session is a living dialogue between your body and the horses.
Together, we explore:
• Nervous System Rewilding: Returning to your body’s innate rhythm and regulation
• Somatic Listening: Learning to sense rather than think your way into connection
• Reflection + Coherence: How the horses mirror your internal state with exquisite precision
• Embodied Leadership: Anchoring presence and trust in your own inner authority
