ReWilding the Heart
with Michelle Peterson & George Brauneis
September 26-28, 2025

Enter into the world of the horse, and into the teachings of belonging, coherence, and heart centered awareness.
This experience is co-facilitated with mustang listener, and overall incredible human George Brauneis. George is a Mustang Gentler and Youth Mentor at Grand Valley Horse Rescue who Fosters, Gentles and Networks for our Mustangs and has his own ranch: Eagles and Wild Horses Ranch. George works with wild mustangs gentling them with Qi Gong and his natural, gentle, sensitive way of relating to the horses, and life itself. He has a keen sense of energy and the subtle connection to the energy that flows through all things. We will be learning on his ranch in Colorado with his herd of semi and some wild, mustangs, most of which have come from the BLM (Bureau of Land Management aka the wild), or from abusive situations. He specializes in horses that are often misunderstood and comes to a place of understanding between hearts with his instinctive and intuitive methods.
George and Michelle have been holding these experiences for two plus years and are a unique blend of a lifetime of experience both as horse listeners, and with their unique back grounds in Qi Gong, Somatic Healing & Listening, and the healing arts.
George's herd is unique awake, aware, and attuned to each other, and their natural wild as it is compassionately held and nurtured, and thus are a powerful group to work with entering to the wild instinctual world of the horse.
Our visit to the Little Book Cliffs Herd on Day two is also a unique, and powerful experience. This is a herd that George who is the incoming president of Friends of the Mustangs has a personal connection with and has been following for many many years and is a highlight of our experience.
Friday-Sunday start at 9AM, with a mid day lunch break, and culminating at 4PM.
