Helping Horses, Helping Humans, Helping mend the hoop of life.
Every single horse in my herd has been taken in either as a rescue, rehabilitation, or from the wild. Some have been with me for years, others for months. When a horse comes to me that needs help, I assess what they are needing as far as their health in the way of veterinary care, dental, farrier, herbal supplements, energetic work, chiropractic, and/or craniosacral, as well as working with them daily to identify their long-term situational needs. I help them adjust to just being in our environment, and then with the herd. I then identify what kind of home and human would be ideal for them and/or if they are going to stay in my program. My key mantra is they don't leave unless something better comes along that is suited for them.
I no longer take in foster horses that are looking for a home into my facility, as it is too financially taxing as well as taxing on the herd, but I do also help people rehome their horses in the way of offering assessment, getting to know the horse, then circulating and advocating of the horse in my network and sharing their information and screening potential homes. This also takes time and energy.
All of the above work is unpaid. When I have rehomed horses in the past ten years, I have gotten a handful of donations for the horses from time to time, but not enough to keep it going sustainably, as I do not charge for rehoming and do not resell the horses that come to me. I do it to help the horses.
That is an honorable mission, but we require funding to continue it. The funding that comes in enables me to help more horses in need, as in most cases, when a horse is in need, there is no money or resources to support them, and we just have to get to the business of helping them. That often entails vet care, trailering, time, energy, and of course our resources. Your funding enables me to continue to help these horses in need, as there are many.

I have been listening to horses since I was a very young girl working with misunderstood horses and their humans. I have been an advocate and voice for the horse for a good 30+ years. They have given me so much, and this is why I give back to them. Drawing from a rich background of knowledge in the world of the horse, I give back to those who require support understanding them, finding them the right home, or the right path going forward. I have helped rehome at least 30 horses just this past year and taken on a handful into my herd to help them heal and find their homes. I have now ventured into the world of mustangs, and have taken on a few that I am helping re-integrate into the world. This will only expand, and I am reaching out to my community to help support this movement, so we can help many more horses. Thank you so very much!

I have created a sponsorship program where I have multiple tiers through which you can sponsor a horse, which enables us to help more!
