Medicine Horse Herd Support Opportunities

For over 20 years, I have opened my gates, my heart, and my resources to horses and people in need. Some horses arrive here because they have nowhere else to go. Others return years after being adopted out, needing extensive rehabilitation, veterinary care, specialty shoeing, training, and daily support (I just had two return after being away for three years). I have helped owners through medical emergencies, behavioral challenges, rehoming situations, and difficult life transitions, often offering reduced-cost care or assistance when finances were limited. This work extends beyond the horses. I regularly offer scholarships and reduced-cost participation for individuals who feel called to this work but may not otherwise be able to attend. Every event includes one to two scholarship spaces whenever possible, and I frequently provide reduced rates for elders, those experiencing hardship, and individuals navigating difficult seasons of life.
