Walking With Horse Medicine: In-Person Immersion Weekend
The Circle of the Horse & Heart
March 20-22, 2026
Friday–Sunday | 10:00am–4:00pm | Sedona + Cornville
****This experience is only for attendees of both Walking with Horse Medicine Classes
Retreat Overview
This 3-day immersion is designed for people who want to deepen their relationship with horses through
embodied leadership, nervous system regulation, and herd wisdom. You’ll learn how to enter the herd field with
clarity, build trust through presence, and develop your unique partnership style—while practicing how to hold
safe, grounded space for others near horses.
Day 1 (Friday) — Foundations: Entering the Circle + Herd Field Belonging
• Arrival + grounding + group agreements
• Opening circle: intention + “why I’m here”
• Herd entry teaching + practice (Sedona herd)
• Mirroring basics: what the herd reflects
• Herd listening + reflection practice
• Closing circle + completion
Day 2 (Saturday) — Mirroring + Unique Medicine + Invitation Leadership
• Somatic truth + instinctual body wisdom
• Teaching: heart-centered herd leadership + relational safety
• Practicum: one horse, one intention, one truth (Cornville horses)
• Teaching: The Invitation Sequence (approach / pause / release)
• Co-creation practice: leading without force, following without disappearing
• Integration journaling + closing circle
Day 3 (Sunday) — Inviting Others In: Facilitation, Ethics, and Completion
• Teaching: ethical facilitation + clear container design
• Practicum: mini facilitation rounds with the herd (Sedona)
• Land integration walk + reflection
• Personal practice plan + next steps
• Closing ceremony
Daily Logistics
• Time: 10:00am–4:00pm each day
• Lunch: 1-hour lunch break (bring lunch or join a community lunch)
• Horses: one herd in Sedona + two horse herds in Cornville
• Includes: teaching, embodied practice, horse time, reflection, and integration
If you feel called to stop “working with horses” from the outside and begin belonging with them from the inside, this weekend is for you.
Investment: $1495 for two classes and retreat.
For class two plus retreat is $1295
