Walking with Horse Medicine: The Circle of the Horse & Heart
A 4-week journey into embodied leadership, intuitive connection, and herd wisdom.

This immersive online experience is for those who work and/or are learning to work alongside horses
in a therapeutic, healing, and transformational way.
Over four weeks, you’ll deepen your relationship with your own heart, the medicine of the horse, and
the sacred field of the herd — while developing the leadership skills and somatic presence to hold space for others.
Week 1 —Foundations: Entering the Circle of the Horse + Heart
Awaken your “WHY” and step into the sacred field of horse and heart.
• Learn to enter the energetic field of the herd with intention
• Explore your personal connection to your horse and/or herd
• Practice coherence and coregulation with self and horse
• Understanding tenets of heart-centered leadership with your herd.
Week 2 — The Inner Work of Herd Leadership
Lead with presence, authenticity, and embodied trust.
• Deepen somatic awareness and presence in relationship with the herd
• Explore how horses respond to authentic, embodied leadership
• Learn to walk with the medicine in and out of the arena
• Build trust and relational safety
Week 3 — Mirroring + Reflection: The Wisdom of the Instinctual Body
See yourself clearly through the horse’s honest reflection.
• Understand how horses reflect inner states and patterns
• Learn to interpret mirroring for yourself and others
• Explore your unique somatic language and intuitive signals
• Practice holding space without projection or judgement- entering the world of the horse.
Week 4 — Integration & Expression
Anchor your medicine and walk your path with clarity and confidence.
• Integrate somatic intelligence, attunement, and leadership skills
• Create a plan for ongoing practice and embodiment
• Anchor into your role as a heart-centered herd leader
Course Structure:
• Weekly Live Zoom Calls: Teaching, Q&A;, and guided experiences (recorded for replay)
• Weekly Practices: Guided exercises post call + exercises with your horse.
• Horse Partnership Requirement: Access to a horse or herd for practice
• Ongoing Support: Peer accountability and group holding
