A virtual container diving into the world of the wild horse wisdom, herd wisdom, and heart reflections.
I have always said, if you would love to go deeper into your understanding of how to connect with horses, you have to connect with yourself, and be willing to do that deep work. This three call offering is a invitation into this world and understanding.
I have been listening to horses my entire life, combining this awareness with my deep immersion into the field of understanding of our somatic intelligence and the awake knowing of the heart, I invite others into the offering of the field of awareness which is the awake, intelligent, instinctual body, the field that horses innately embody.
Each call is 75 minutes long. Is recorded, and shared via a recording page post call and available for one month post series.

We just culminated our first round of this course in September and we will be going deeper inward on this round as well as covering foundational tenets as well
You will receive interactive exercises to explore each week after our call!
3-week series live via Zoom (or on recording post call). This is a 3-week series where we will create a container to go deeper with the teachings of the horse, our own horses, and ourselves.
Heart Coherence and Communication:
How horses communicate, herd dynamics, how to communicate to horses, and the deeper revealing about how we connect with, dance with, and engage horses and what it is showing us about our own embodiment and heart connection.
Taking it deeper: Looking into all the ways you revere the horse, all that you pour into them, and experience emanating from them---what is the mirror into your life--how can you pour this love into you--what qualities is the horse embodying that are showing you about YOUR medicine.
Embodied Leadership & Energetic Sovereignty:
How horses embody leadership naturally and the revealing around our own leadership in connection with how we relate to horses, what they mirror to us, and inquiry around how to embody your own sovereignty as a being-your inner horse in the human herd.
Taking it deeper: How do you lead in your life? What is the horse showing you about your leadership? How can you bring horse leadership into your life? What qualities are you drawn to in the horse, that is a quality you are cultivating within you?
Instinctual Embodiment, Energetic Awareness, and Living in our Medicine:
Horses embody their instinctual, authentic, wild, heart lead awareness, and partnership with them invites us into the very same embodiment. They are also profoundly lead by their energy body and mirror yours. Learn about how this is reflected through the horse and how we can integrate these revealing into our own lives.
Taking it deeper: Do you listen to your instinctual body? Do you understand it's communications? Exploring how to listen to the instinctual body, and what the horse's embodiment is showing you about your instinctual being.
