Thursday – Arrival & Connection

Guests arrive, settle in, and gather for an opening dinner together.
This relaxed evening allows participants to connect, meet the group, and begin establishing the container for the retreat experience.
Friday – The Wild
Reconnecting with Instinct, Nature & Embodied Awareness
7:00 AM – Morning Group Foundation (7:00–8:30 AM)
Group foundation session including:
• Personal introductions
• Overview of foundational systems
• Introduction to the retreat framework
• Brief sharing of personal stories
9:00 AM – Breakfast
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wild Experience Day
A full day immersed in nature and the Medicine Horse Healing environment.
Participants will explore:
• Equine-guided experiences with the herd
• Understanding how horses mirror human emotional and nervous system states
• Instinct, somatic awareness, and nonverbal communication
• Herd dynamics and natural leadership
• Grounding and reflection on the land
• Visiting the mesa and exploring the retreat grounds
Horses naturally respond to authenticity and coherence.
Through interaction with the herd, participants often gain powerful insight into their
patterns in relationships, leadership, and personal alignment.
This is the Day of the Wild — devoted to reconnecting with instinct, nature, and the untamed intelligence within.

Saturday – Honesty
Getting Honest With Yourself
After reconnecting with instinct and awareness,
Saturday focuses on integrating those insights into personal clarity and structure.
7:00 AM – Morning Group Foundation
9:00 AM – Breakfast
11:00 AM – Choose Yourself Workshop
Introduction to the Five Pillars of the Choose Yourself philosophy, helping participants understand:
• The flow of personal transformation
• How to process life experiences
• The foundational mindset behind the Choose Yourself process
12:00 PM – StoryBrand Workshop
Participants translate their insights into a personal StoryBrand, learning how to communicate their story
and how our journey ultimately becomes the way we serve others.
1:00 PM – Foundational Systems Workshop
Building a personal Mini Foundation, including:
• Daily structure and flexibility
• Personal systems
• Three non-negotiables for long-term growth
3:00 PM – Lunch
5:00 PM – 20% Celebration in the City
We head into town to celebrate the work we’ve done together and enjoy connection and fun.
10:30 PM – Curfew
Return to the retreat space to rest and integrate the experience.
Sunday – Integration & Departure
Closing the Circle

Closing reflections and integration of the retreat experience.
