Journey into the Heart of Self with Horse as Your Guide

​A Medicine Horse Journey is an invitation into Self-awareness.  You will spend time with the medicine horses especially picked for your particular journey.  Together with the horses we inquire into the questions in your heart and life with horse as mirror and Michelle as translator.

It does not require horse knowledge or horsemanship skills.  It does require an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to receive what the horse is reflecting back to you.

Horse medicine is simple.  The horse, an instinctual, present, aware, sentient being, gives us an opportunity to drop into the very same state of presence to be with them.  That is the gift. 

Horse medicine journeys incorporate awareness of horse and herd behavior, mindfulness tools, and meditation.

What Happens in a Horse Medicine Journey?

  • We will do a short phone consult to identify your desires and intentions.  I will choose the horse/s for you to work with based on this consult.

  • Upon arrival, we will take some time to check in, explore your intentions, as well as how to proceed with the horses. 

  • We will take the time to get quiet and enter a state of present moment awareness before engaging with the horses.
  • ​
  • We will then explore your inquiry with Michelle acting as translator when necessary.

  • Enjoy the experience of Self awareness through the mirror of the horse!​​

​Medicine Horse Journeys incorporate my coaching expertise as well as the inherent wisdom of the incredible horses we work with at a spectacular private ranch.
