Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Opening and Unfolding
On the first day, we explore our intention and vision for our time together (bearing in mind this vision will be explored the moment you sign up). We then identify, explore, unfold, and LET Go of that which is potentially blocks us from seeing, experiencing, and/or embodying the potential and living fruit of this vision.
In simple terms we LET GO of the old story, and surrender into the truth of the HEART.
Schedule:
9-12 AM: Orientation @ Sedona Tree House
(Located on Oak Creek Canyon in a remote sacred beautiful setting!).
Begin in house, orientation, introduction, intention, vision, mission, and heart statements: How would you like us to see you? What are you seeding?
Head out to the land/on the creek/private property/for the opening ceremony. We will journey into sacred space and explore our retreat mission, create our container of healing together, and how to reflectively listen to best hold space for the container, as well as how to nurture, each personal vision and healing.
12-1:30: Lunch and reflection time in house/or on land. Provided
130-4: Horse Medicine. Heart Centered Leadership. We will journey to our sacred horse herd to explore horse medicine, heart lead leadership, and what the horse is showing us about how we lead in our lives, and how to drop more deeply into the seat of the heart, and out of the canary cage that is the mind.
4:30-6:30: Conscious Creation. Reflection on our day, emotional awareness tools, tools for integration, culminated in a guided meditation.
6:30: Dinner. Provided. Everyone heads back to their spaces around 8.
Day 2: Inner Alignment. PRESENCE. Showing up to Life.
Yesterday we unpacked the stories we carried. We dove into emotional awareness and the wisdom of the mirror of the horse. We learned what it looked like to move from the intelligence of the mind, to the wisdom of the heart. Today we take it deeper. We explore further our leadership, how we are showing up in the world, and to our life, and the power of PRESENCE. We dive deeply into embodied awareness with transformational breathwork and anchor into our newfound inner-standings.
9-10: Morning Meditation and Check In
10-1: Medicine Horse Journey: The Power of Heart Seated PRESENCE: 1:1 Explorations with the horses. Exploring our leadership and the horse as a mirror. Taking it deeper.
1-230: Lunch and Self Reflection Time (lunch included).
230-430: Transformational Breathwork with spiritual teacher and guide Chess Edwards
430-630: Group Reflection & Integration
630: Delicious Dinner (included).
Day Three: Integration-Tools for Re-Immersion-Closing the Circle
We unpacked the story, dove into our emotional material, felt the heartbeat of the earth and sacred waters under our feet and cleansing our heart, shared our hearts, dove into our inner landscapes, experienced the mirror of the horse, and a reflection into our own leadership, and now we must prepare to re-enter the world. Today is about tools. Tools for re-immersion, tools to seed and maintain, and nurture the awareness you cultivated on the days before.
9-11: Spiritual Tool Box: Who are you Really and how do you choose to walk forward from here? Exploring our reflections, supporting each other in our walk forward, holding one another accountable in the truth of the heart, identifying our gifts, and walking our heart forward into life. We will explore our spiritual tool box and how to keep the energy of the retreat going in our personal life.
12-1:30: Lunch (provided at the horses)
1:30-3:30 Group Energy Awakening and Healing with the horses: We will be doing a group energy alignment where we will journey through our energetic centers, releasing all that we no longer need to carry, and calling in the light of love, truth, radical self acceptance, and self love. Offering tools for spiritual maintenance and self care that you can utilize in this way also when you return home.
3:30-6:30 Closing Ceremony and Integration leading into dinner & sound journey
We will be doing a closing ceremony and sound journey leading into a celebratory dinner to send everyone back home in clarity, containment, and closing our circle in the most sacred way.
