Module 1: Instinctual Embodiment
In this module we are going to dive deeply into the embodiment you are bringing into the arena of the horse, and life. We will enter the world of our own embodiment, through the embodiment teachings of the horse.
Instinctual Embodiment: Listening & experiencing through our FELT SENSE. What do you feel? What are you feeling around the horse--in life--and beyond. Horses intelligence is largely in their felt sense. They naturally invite us into this awake, embodiment. It requires us to slow down, drop into the essence of feeling, experiencing, allowing, and surrendering.
How are you showing up? We will be doing a deep dive into the somatic intelligence that guides your inner being, and how you interact with horses, and life. As well as the somatic intelligence that guides the horses' embodiment, and all of life.
Radical honesty. Vulnerability. Feeling the heart coherence that is listening to our own heart. These teachings radiate beyond the horse arena. One of the many gifts of the horse.
