Module 1:  Instinctual Embodiment

In this module we are going to dive deeply into the embodiment you are bringing into the arena of the horse, and life.    We will enter the world of our own embodiment, through the embodiment teachings of the horse. 

Instinctual Embodiment:  Listening & experiencing through our FELT SENSE.  What do you feel?  What are you feeling around the horse--in life--and beyond.  Horses intelligence is largely in their felt sense.  They naturally invite us into this awake, embodiment. It requires us to slow down, drop into the essence of feeling, experiencing, allowing, and surrendering.

How are you showing up?  We will be doing a deep dive into the somatic intelligence that guides your inner being, and how you interact with horses, and life. As well as the somatic intelligence that guides the horses' embodiment, and all of life.

  • The wisdom of the awake body.
  • Conscious movement
  • Dancing with the horse
  • Horse as mirror 
  • A mirror into your own heart.  An invitation into authentic embodiment.  Horses see us as we are, and invite us, to do the same. 

Radical honesty.  Vulnerability.  Feeling the heart coherence that is listening to our own heart.  These teachings radiate beyond the horse arena.  One of the many gifts of the horse.

Logistics: 

Module 1 is located in Cornville, AZ.

In person immersion May 4-7, 2023 10AM-5PM each day

Investment Options: 
Four Day Immersion:  $1888 (Early Bird Expires 4/11/2023)

Includes: 
Four days of in person immersion. Intro Call,
Two Guest Speaker Calls, Integration Call, and one 1:1 call.

You will be working with two (or more) dynamic horse herds to explore the above tenets.
Daily meditation, guided somatic inquiry, and body awake breathing exercises.
Somatic breathwork journey & deep dive into the somatic intelligence. 

Additional Logistics
Housing:  You can find housing in Sedona, Cornville, Page Springs, Cottonwood or surrounding areas. 
Our training will be in Cornville, AZ.

Transportation:  You can fly either into Phoenix Airport or Flagstaff.  It is ideal to get car rentals at the airport.

There are plenty of restaurants with vegetarian, vegan, and healthy options in the area. 

Weather in May is warm, spring like, and quite beautiful.  We also have creek access by our primary horse location.
