Weekly exercises. This is the most recommended, selected, and comprehensive package.
All packages include your individual calls, pre-session inquiry, post session notes and suggested exercises, and the All-In package includes e-mail support in the way of questions throughout the weeks in between.
I do ask for a commitment of no longer than two weeks between calls.
Times can be booked upon payment of package.
